Detailed Estimate

Our office staff will work to arrange the estimate appointment around your schedule. The estimator will then meet with you to assess your needs and determine the best way to complete your project. You will be given a written estimate that details the specifics of your painting project, so there are no surprises later.

Daily Communication

At Weinmann Painting, we understand the importance of daily communication with our clients. From your first call to our office to the final walk-through on your project, we keep you informed. Our “Daily Doubles” with your Crew Leader keep you apprised of the progress of your project, the upcoming schedule, and any changes that may occur.

Thorough Preparation

The key to a long-lasting paint job lies in the thorough preparation of the surfaces to receive paint. After carefully masking off floors or areas not to be painted, walls and ceilings will have holes patched, small cracks caulked and primed before painting. Trim work will be de-glossed, sanded and vacuumed prior to painting so that the new paint will adhere firmly.

Meticulous Painting

Weinmann Painting uses only high-quality products from reputable companies; we apply two coats of paint as stipulated in the manufacturer's warranty, making sure to protect floors and furniture from overspray and drips. Our skilled craftsman are experts in all types of interior work, from walls and ceilings to stairs, trim work, and cabinets.

Careful Clean-Up

Your Crew Leader will ensure that the project area is left clean at the end of each workday. When the project is complete, you will have a final walk-through with your Crew Leader to make sure that everything has been completed and cleaned up to your satisfaction.
