Lead Paint Removal
If your home was built prior to 1978, there is a strong possibility that it was originally painted with lead base paint. Even if you have several coats of paint on your home, peeling, flaking, or bubbling areas of the siding can indicate that those original lead base layers of paint or primer are now exposed. It is very important that the painting contractor you choose is EPA Certified to remove and dispose of this hazardous material properly, in order to protect your home and family.
Weinmann Painting is an EPA Certified Renovator, and each of our Crew Leaders is licensed to use the EPA-mandated precautions when dealing with lead base paint and dust to ensure the health and safety of your family and property.
